Can I change my address or cancel an order?
You cannot make the change yourself. Email jason@monkey730.us as soon as possible. We can try only before warehouse processing or shipment begins, and the change is not guaranteed. We cannot change an address after shipment.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands. PO Box, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are not accepted.
How long will my order take?
Processing normally takes 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated carrier transit is another 2–7 business days from carrier acceptance. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Every parcel has tracking sent by email. Orders may be split into multiple parcels, each with its own tracking number.
What if tracking stops or the parcel says delivered?
Contact us at any time. We will help check with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, you may choose a replacement or refund.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Can I return underwear?
An unopened complete 2-pack, multipack, or bundle may be eligible within 30 days after delivery if every individual hygiene seal remains intact. Opened or tried-on underwear cannot be returned or exchanged, and a bundle cannot be split for a partial cash refund.
What if the first item I open does not fit?
The opened item cannot be returned or exchanged. Any remaining item with its individual hygiene seal intact may be eligible for a size exchange after you contact us.
Can sale items be returned?
Yes, if they meet the ordinary return conditions. A promotional price is not automatically Final Sale. Only items clearly marked “Final Sale” are excluded.
What if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days after delivery with clear photos; we may request a video. You may choose a replacement or refund. Do not send the item back unless instructed.
Product and care
How do I choose a size?
Use our Size Guide. Both styles use S and L because the AIR Fabric is highly flexible. Use waist and hip measurements first; if between sizes, choose L.
What is AIR Fabric?
AIR Fabric is monkey730's name for its lightweight, breathable, barely-there fabric. It is moisture-wicking based on factory technical information, testing documentation, supplier information, and internal wear testing.
Will the underwear always be invisible or stay in place?
The products are designed to help reduce visible lines, rolling, riding up, shifting, and front outline. Results can vary depending on sizing, body shape, movement, and outer fabric.
How should I wash it?
Follow our Care Guide: gentle machine wash at no more than 40°C / 104°F, mild detergent, no bleach, no tumble drying, no ironing, and no dry cleaning.
